Place de Loréane is a fictional world imagined as the first volume of an evolving visual and musical project. Rather than treating it as a traditional album campaign, PDT Studio approached the project as a system of images designed to unfold across formats, accompanying the artist K. Maro’s shift toward a more mature form of writing. Rooted in retro-futuristic references, the universe crosses chanson française nostalgia and mid-century romanticism with a North American electro-futuristic imagery from the 1980s–90s, shaped by neon light, urban signage, and artificial landscapes. This hybrid approach allows multiple narratives and emotional states to coexist within the same place. The visual language gradually moves from colder distance toward warmer intimacy, echoing the music’s progression. Photography anchors the project in reality through the main album cover, while AI and 3D are used as directed tools to construct custom imagery and a singular digital environment. Together, film, artificial imagery, and design form a coherent system built to persist and evolve over time.
